The build

Built in Bosham.

We built it here, by hand. Black timber outside, cedar benches inside, a long window from the top bench, and a copper shower and cold plunge waiting at the door.

We did it properly rather than quickly. It’s finished now, and the door is open.

Bosham is a tidal village where the road floods twice a day and the locals still park on it. There are worse places to sit in a hot room.

Our home is a short walk inland at CrossFit Bosham, not on the shore itself, but close enough that the walk down afterwards is part of it.
