Sauna in Bosham.
A sauna and cold plunge opening autumn 2026. It lives here during the week for group sessions, and at weekends we tow it to you.
Opening this autumn.
The sauna is being built right now. Rather than wait until it’s finished to start taking dates, we’ve opened pre-booking, so the first weekends and the first sessions are already up for grabs.

Be one of the first in.
Two ways to book, both open before we open. Your card is held, not charged, until we’ve confirmed the date.
The experience
Heat. Cold. Repeat.
01
Get hot
Fifteen minutes on the top bench. Long enough to stop thinking about your inbox.
02
Get cold
Straight into the plunge. It is a shock, and then it is the best part.
03
Go again
Sit outside. Talk nonsense. Warm up and do the whole thing twice more.

The build
Built in Bosham.
Timber is up, the benches are going in and the glass is fitted. What’s left is the slow, fussy part: the stove, the plunge, the water, the lights.
We’re doing it properly rather than quickly, and we’re posting the whole thing as it happens.

Pre-booking, without the uncertainty.
You’re booking something that isn’t finished yet, so we’ve set it up to take as little on trust as possible.
01
Choose your date
Pick a date that suits you. We only show the ones that are still free.
02
Authorise, don't pay
We place a hold on your card for the reservation amount. Nothing leaves your account yet.
03
We confirm within 48 hours
If we can take it, the hold is charged and your date is yours. If we can't, it's released and you pay nothing.
Private hire is delivered to your address at weekends. Group hire is two hours at CrossFit Bosham. Either way, the remaining balance is taken automatically from the same card closer to the date, and we’ll tell you before it happens.
Bosham, West Sussex
Sauna feels better by the water.
Bosham is a tidal village where the road floods twice a day and the locals still park on it. There are worse places to sit in a hot room.
Our home is a short walk inland at CrossFit Bosham — not on the shore itself, but close enough that the walk down afterwards is part of it.
Why anyone sits in a hot room.
- Switch off
- No phone. Nowhere else to be for an hour.
- Recover
- After the water, the gym, or a long week.
- Reconnect
- The best conversations happen in the heat.
- Reset
- Walk out lighter than you walked in.
